Avatar Studio Online Ordering Instructions
To obtain an Avatar from Avatar Studio you will take one of two paths and will need to complete the following activities:
First look through the available 3D avatar scenes and the custom 3D avatars that you can create and select those scenes or custom avatars that you wish to acquire.
Path One: Obtaining an Avatar product with your face or the face of a loved one
If you want your face or the face of some loved one, friend etc on the Avatar product then first read the photo creation and uploading instructions carefully after which you should upload your photos.
After uploading your photos, you will then proceed to the page with the particular avatar Scene or custom 3D avatar that you wish to purchase. Associated with each scene is a drop down list of available clothing items and framed print sizes that you can have your avatar scene printed on. Make your selection of media type from this list. Below the drop down list of clothing types and print sizes are two additional drop down list boxes, one where you select the color of your clothing item and one where you select the size of your clothing item (if you are just ordering a print you can ignore these last two drop down lists). When you have made the appropriate choices in the drop down list boxes click on the "add to cart" button and you are then ready to proceed to the checkout.
The Create 3D Avatar button leads to a set of web pages that require more activities and selections from the user than are present in the other available categories. In most areas of the Avatar catalogue you will simply select the avatar scene you desire the type, size and color of clothing that the scene is to be printed on and then proceed to the checkout. In the create 3D avatar section you will first be presented with two lists, one of available scenes and one of available RPG character types, including Fighter, Cleric, Rogue, Wizard, Sorceress, Enchantress etc. Clicking on a given scene will take you to a page where you can view in detail the scene minus your avatar. Browse through the scenes until you find one you like. Clicking on the character type you desire will take you to a page displaying thumbnail images of the characters in their various poses. Underneath each pose is a button entitled "Product Details/Order this Product". Clicking on this will take you to the order page for that particular avatar and its pose. Upon arriving at the order page for a particular avatar pose you will see a drop down list of clothing types and print sizes, a drop down list of scenes that this avatar pose can be placed in, and finally lists of available clothing colors and sizes. Make the appropriate selections in each of the drop down list boxes and then click on the "add to cart" button after which you can proceed to the checkout.
Path Two: Obtaining an Avatar product with the stock face shown in the image
Keep in mind that it is not necessary to upload photos to purchase an Avatar print. If you like a certain scene or fancy an RPG Avatar and scene you can merely select the clothing or print of your choice to be done with the stock character's face rather than a personal avatar. The choices for clothing printed with a personal avatar and those printed with the stock image are both located in the drop down list box where you select the type of clothing or print that you wish.
Remember that with each purchase of an Avatar product you will receive free of charge an Avatar Icon suitable for use with email, web sites such as Facebook and Myspace and all forms of wireless communication. It can become your trademark or special stamp that you send out with everyone of your messages. This product will be sent to you via email following the completion of your order. The Avatar Icons are actually carefully crafted and reduced images of your avatar wearing its costume, standing in a unique pose and holding any associated special items. These reduced images are tailor made for use with all forms of electronic messaging and communication.
Finally for a limited time only if you purchase an Avatar Studio clothing item that has your avatar scene printed upon it, you will also receive via email the actual JPEG image that was used to create your tee shirt or sweatshirt. This will allow you to print this image on anything you like as many times as you like.
