Periodically we receive an upload of some photos of someone's face without an order being placed to accompany this upload. Merely uploading photos of one's face without placing an order for some Avatar Studio product or products is of little use. To receive Avatar icons suitable for the internet and wireless environments you must make a purchase of some product. In the near future we will make avatar icons available for purchase as a separate product but these icon images will not be free. Submitting an image to represent you in our forum is accomplished via an entirely different mechanism. First log into the site then enter the forum and click on "my profile" from here click on "my avatar" and you will find an upload avatar button to submit your custom image for use on the Avatar Studio forum.
